Common questions
Can I keep hosting elsewhere?
Yes. Mail works on any domain regardless of where the site is hosted. You point MX records at us and nothing else changes.
Do you read or scan message content?
Only automated spam and malware filtering. No content is used for advertising or model training, and that is written into the processing agreement.
Is there a minimum number of mailboxes?
One. Add and remove mailboxes any time and billing adjusts on the next cycle.
What about mailing lists and bulk sending?
Transactional and normal business volume is fine. Marketing blasts belong on a dedicated sending service, and the acceptable use policy explains the thresholds.
