Prohibited content
Child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence, material infringing third-party copyright, phishing pages, and malware distribution. These result in immediate suspension without notice.
Network conduct
No port scanning, spoofing, denial-of-service participation, open relays, open recursive resolvers, or proxy services that hide the origin of abuse. Tor exit nodes are not permitted; relays and bridges are.
Send only to recipients who opted in, keep complaint rates below 0.1%, and publish a working unsubscribe. Purchased lists are not permitted. Bulk marketing requires a dedicated IP and prior approval.
Fair use on shared plans
Unmetered transfer covers normal website traffic. File-distribution archives, video streaming libraries, backup dumping and cryptocurrency mining belong on a VPS or dedicated server.
Reporting abuse
Send reports with logs and timestamps to abuse@shardline.io. We acknowledge within four hours and act within twenty-four, and we tell the reporter what was done.
