Who supports my clients?
You do, under your brand. If something is genuinely server-side, escalate to us and we handle it without ever contacting your client.
Is the WHMCS licence transferable?
It is tied to your reseller account and valid while the plan is active. Bring your own licence instead and we discount the plan.
How fast are upgrades?
Instant and prorated between reseller tiers. Moving to a dedicated node is scheduled with you, usually within 48 hours.
